Thank you for coming. Yukon Metals is the product of 30 years of prospecting by the Birdall family. They're a legendary family of prospectors in the Yukon. They floated their primary gold assets in their private family portfolio as Snowline Gold about four years ago. That's obviously gone on to be a tremendous success going from a $20-$30 million market cap company to now to a $2 billion plus market cap country. Um, last year, uh, we floated the balance of the Birdall family portfolio, which was copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc, and critical metals as Yukon metals. And I'll take you through that now. Please do be advised. There'll be some forward looking statements. Yeah. I mean, understanding the Yukon, uh it's such, it's a huge territory, uh larger, uh larger than the state of California, but relative to California having over 40 million people, the Yukon has just over 40,000 people, so quite remote. So very key to have access to road and power in the Yukons. My background, as was referenced, I've spent most of my career in the junior mining space, saved for seven years. I was with Wheaton Precious Metals, starting when it was Silver Wheaton, And then as we rebranded to, as we added so much gold to the portfolio, rebrand it as wheat and precious metals. We did roughly $6 billion worth of transactions while I was there, principally in the copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc, and critical metal space. Taking a look at the cap table, when we started the company last in April of 2024, we raised $15 million out of the gate. had some really, brought in some really good shareholders, Crescat, Commodity Capital, kind of a who's who of the senior brokers in Vancouver at Haywood and Canaccord. And Keith Neumeier, who's also involved in structuring Snowline, owns just under 10%. Mark Wolverton, a good group. So we raised that initial amount at 38 cents, 15 million at 38 $2 million of that went to the Birdall family as part of the RTO. We subsequently topped up this past April at $0.55, so showed some nice progression there. So another $11 million at $ 0.55 as we went from targeting in 2024 to then drilling three properties this past season. so we acquired 17 assets from from the bird also it was important for us to bring some focus to the portfolio and really the way we we went about doing that is looking at AZ and Birch which you can see on the left side of your screen those are really big copper gold systems AZ particularly close to to infrastructure Birch 60 kilometers away from the nearest town and 30 kilometers from the nearest road. Star River is a high-grade gold-silver project, and it's right on a road accessible from Whitehorse and the nearest town of Rush River. Birch has become the flagship. I think we've developed a model there that has worked very well. I'll take you through some of the targeting work we did here. On the left-hand side here you can see uh you can see soil sampling work we did we developed a process where we used a mechanized soil drill to drill one meter into the permafrost so each one of these dots represents an individual soil drilling and so yeah you avoid any smearing that you might see at surface and to the top the top of your left screen there you can see a really cohesive copper gold anomaly that's 1400 meters long and that was up to a gram per ton gold in soil and 0.24 copper early on this was thought to be an epithermal gold opportunity and when we when we got there and our technical team got there we very early on saw this as a porphyry opportunity an intact gold rich copper porphyry where the surface gold was the surface expression of that porphy and so as you'd expect with with a porphy target on the right hand of your screen there that that soil sampling demonstrates the molybdenum highs and so smattering of molybin highs to the north and then really strong molybiton highest to the south we also found tellurium there which is a pathfinder element in the Yukon for porphyries. There is limited outcrop and subcrop at Birch. It is mostly overburden, but what outcrops there was there, 14 gram per ton gold and multiple samples of 2.4% copper. This is the anomaly. It's kind of an odd shape here on the screen. You can see It's a bit of a whale-looking anomaly with the tail there at the end. So this is what we've been drilling into. Beneath you can see the induced polarization that we did last season, which showed excellent conductivity. And here on the right, this is key. So this is, if you see under A, that is where we drilled our first four holes were each into scar and mineralization. And in all cases, multiple layers of scar and minimalization stacked. And so with A, so those drill hole one, we've put that out. That was in 22 meters of continuous mineralization with some nice high-grade hits there of 2.5% copper, 2.7% copper. Yeah, some decent upwards of 3.5 percent copper equivalent. So that was a nice start, putting our first hole in there and being in Skarn. We're awaiting holes 3 and 4, which are from two different pads. And the key there is, so we were in Skarm mineralization on both of those holes as well. The key there is that will give us a 750-meter strike to the east and west of that first hole. So we're expecting those assays any week now. So really looking forward to getting those out. I think that's what the market's waiting for. Hole 3, when we drilled it, visuals showed us there was 46 meters of a continuous mineralization. We'll see what the truth machine says. And then hole four was in the gold-rich area where we had one gram per ton gold at surface in soil and up to 14 gram per tun gold in rocks. This is just a look at the core there, quite flashy. That's chalcopyrite and some highlights of the first drill hole. when we started to realize uh and that we had a pour free on our hands here intact uh we uh we went around staking uh this was the end of last season so the blue area that's the original property outline and then we staked all the way around it so to ensure that we don't have any neighbors that we need to share this with and to ensure we've got plenty of room for a camp this season we worked on a class one permit which enables you to have up to 10 people at camp and 250-person days of work at camp, which is essentially a month of work. So in that month, we did roughly 1,500 meters of drilling. With a Class 3 permit, you can have up to a 50-person camp. So for instance, that's what Snowline operates under. And so you can go from doing 1,000 to 1, 500 meters of grilling to 10,000s of meters of grilling. Next up is AZ. What you're seeing there is Chair Mountain. That's a genuine kill zone where there's so much so much metal in the rock that no vegetation will grow at chair mountain now you can see the top right of your screen we are into three and a half percent copper this this chair mountain is six kilometers away from the Alaska Highway it's actually ideally situated our property here is quite mountainous but a few kilometers away it's quite flat leading to Alaska highway. The Alaska highway then goes down to a deep water port at Skagway. So if you have a project here, you're going to be able to get your product to market. Cherry Mountain itself is part of a 1.2 kilometer long Gossen zone where there's just grade everywhere. We prospected all the way along that Gossen Zone. Samples are highlighted by three and a half percent copper, one and three quarter percent copper, but also just grade everywhere that we sampled. At the right of your screen there, you can see where we did our drilling. To the north there, that was at Chair Mountain, and then to the southeast is a new target area. At Chair Mountain, our first hole went into a really nice-looking core. You can see on the left featuring the green-stained malachite, And then on the right and in the left, the blue-stained azurite. Both malachite and azurine run about 50% copper. And so we were into 22 meters of continuous mineralization there. At AZ, though, we weren't able to get the fine-tuned model that we have at Birch. It's going to take more work there. With our second hole, second area of drilling to the southeast, we were into more chalcopyrite. So at surface, our outcrop, we had over 5 gram per ton gold and over 1% copper. We drilled it, and it was more smoke than fire, but a heck of a lot of smoke. We feel like we're in the right rocks. We need to be able to really focus and be able to drift into the source of all of this mineralization and towards the porphyry that we believe is feeding all of this mineralization. And to show you here on the left, I mean, this is a 13,000-hectare property, so it's just massive. It takes actually 10 to 15 minutes to fly across it in a helicopter. There's copper in place everywhere, so from 26% copper to the west, which Ron Birdall discovered early on, up 11% copper at Maryland Creek to the three and a half percent copper at chair mountain that i mentioned earlier so yeah the key the key here is going to be vectoring into the source of all that mineralization and put in place at surface finally star river uh star river is is the precious metal asset that we've been advancing uh this is on an all-weather access access road you might just you can see on the map there that there's a road that goes all the way through the property, and so I can drive right onto it from Whitehorse. Here we have incredibly high grade silver and gold at surface. You're seeing here at the bottom right of your screen, that's Galena housing silver up to 11,000 gram per tonne silver, so bonanza grade. And then on your next screen here, at the button there, that is 101 gram per ton gold. And we're seeing these types of rocks overlapping. So the gold is in highly oxidized arsenopyrite. And if you look at the top right of your screen here, the brown rock at the top, that's your galena, which houses your silver. And then beneath that overlapping is your gold, that your quartzite that houses your gold. So we see these two rock types overlapping multiple areas of across the property also what we did here is out so in the south-central area of the property is where we focused our efforts that's where we had our highest grade gold and our highest concentration of silver we ran a magnetic survey over that and we able to demonstrate 400 meters of a magnetic response and our highest magnetic response right over where we saw that high-grade gold and and that high-grade concentration of silver. And with doing magnetic work, it's possible to get a false response. You could have a graphite lens, for instance, which isn't what you want to see. So we ran gravity as well. And on the left there, you can see our biggest gravity response was an 800-meter north-south gravity high that perfectly overlapped the magnetic work we did and the sampling work we did. This on the bottom left, that's the type of rock that we're hacking right out of the ground at Star River. That's about a softball-size piece of galena that we did a high-net-worth tour in August, and that's about the softball size. It weighs about 5 pounds, and that kind of metal is just, I mean, you're standing on it. This is an example of the core here. we've been getting a twofer in the drilling here so what you're seeing there is galena cutting into quartzite, so the silver bearing rock cutting into the gold bearing rock and so we're seeing both in the same core and that's my presentation Thank you very much. Do we have time for one question if there's a quick question If not, I'm sure you're around to take them for the rest of the day Absolutely. Thank you.
